My wife and I would like to thank Hank and his valuable staff of employees for the service they have given us over the years. I run a small handyman business in the Westminster area. Timeliness and doing the job right, the first time, is important to me, and also to the customers I serve. I have one truck loaded items needed to fix the customer’s problem on my truck. When I tell them I will be there at a certain time, I will be parking in their drive, if not a few minutes before. That is how I have kept my customers. I say this to let you know how important it is to have a mechanic who understands how my business works and who has the same standards as do I. Hank and staff have consistently repaired and serviced my vehicle, filled with tools and supplies. Because of the companies honesty, I am able to take the tools that I will need for the next days work load, and know, that not only will the work on my vehicle will be completed, but the items on and in the truck will be as I left them. As a business man, that is a great feeling, knowing that I am working with a professional, who is honest and has integrity, which is filtered down to each employee. His staff is alert, attentive and kind, each time I stop by to see them. When my wife’s car is in for service or repair, she is not embarrassed by crude or offensive language. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is courteous. We have been extremely please with the service they have provided us. We have from time to time referred others to him., when we have been asked for a good mechanic. We want Hank and his staff to know that we thank them for the service they have provided us over the years. We are also thankful to be dealing with a fellow Christian.

Lee’s Automotive provides the best car care service in Carroll County. Hank Davis & his staff are very accommodating in their scheduling of appointments for customers. You get excellent automotive servicing for a fair and reasonable price. Lee’s excels in their customer service and automotive care. We have been very pleased to refer many other people to Lee’s, who have also now become regular customers.

We have been clients at Lee’s Automotive for more than seventeen years. We have never taken our car to a dealer for service. We know that Hank is honest and reliable. That, coupled with his knowledge of vehicles, keeps us as customers. We refer friends and acquaintances to Hank all of the time. It is so valuable to know that our vehicles are being serviced properly and at a fair price. Hank is always ready to help out and never does anything that doesn’t need doing. His employees are knowledgeable also and Rick has been the only guy to work on our cars for the past ten years. That kind of continuity is rare these days. We hope that Hank never retires!! We wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else.
